QUESTIONS

Good to know

Do you send money to Somalia for me?+
No. You keep sending money the way you already do, through a licensed transfer company. Hubi checks that it arrived and was used the way you intended, and sends you proof.
How do I pay?+
Once you approve the price, we send you a secure Wise payment link. You can pay by card or bank transfer from almost any country. Small jobs are paid up front. Larger jobs are 50% up front and 50% when you get the final report.
How fast will I get proof?+
Proof is sent the same day as the visit. Government offices and weather can cause delays; if that happens we tell you within 48 hours.
Can you guarantee a property is safe to buy?+
No one can promise that from a visit. We report what we find, including red flags, and we recommend you speak to a lawyer before you buy.
Is my information private?+
Yes. Your personal, family and property details stay between you and Hubi. Our partner never contacts you or your family without your say.
What if something goes wrong?+
We tell you first and fast, even if the problem is ours. If we fail to deliver, we refund the Hubi fee.
